In which countries do you offer shipping?
At this time, Upstage Suppliers ships only within the United States (business days are Monday through Friday).

When will I receive my order?

The order processing time, also known as handling time, starts when the order is placed and concludes when the carrier receives the delivery.

Orders are usually handled in 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).
The order cutoff is 4:00 p.m. (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.
Thus, orders placed after 4 p.m. will not be processed until the following business day.

"Transit time" is the time it takes a carrier to deliver an item from a supplier to a customer.

Transit takes 1-5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders should be delivered within 7 business days after placing an order.


What are the transport costs? Do you charge membership fees for your website?
Free shipping is provided on orders of $150 or more at Upstage Suppliers. Moreover, if the total price of your order is less than $149 USD, you will be charged $12.99 USD for shipping. Upstage Suppliers does not impose a membership fee.

How many distinct payment methods do you offer in your store?
Upstage Suppliers accept online orders through a Shopify Payments checkout Page (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, ELO, JCB, UnionPay and American Express), or thru one of our trusted partners: Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal, or Venmo. When processing credit card payments, some of your data will be passed to the Shopify Payments, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. If using Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Meta Pay or Shop pay, the completion of the order may require that you leave our site at to complete the purchase on the respected payment servers required by the service provider. 

Is shopping here secure?
When making a purchase online with a credit card, personal information must be entered into an SSL-secured website. After a customer places an order, it is encrypted using SSL and then forwarded to the credit card company's secure network for final certification. The systems of Upstage Suppliers do not store credit card information for customers.

I have just placed an order, but I am unsure of when it will arrive.
If you place an order with Upstage Suppliers, we will make every effort to ship it as quickly as possible. In the majority of instances, orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). You can expect your order to arrive in 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday). If your order has not arrived within eight days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact customerservice@upstagesupplies.com with your full name and order number.

What if I accidentally entered an incorrect address or other information?
To update your address, please email customerservice@upstagesupplies.com or call +1 904-203-4559. We are able to change your email address, name, and physical address.

Can I return my purchase if I determine I no longer like it? I am concerned about a prospective problem.
if a product is defective in some way. You have 30 days from the date you received the shipment to return it to us for a full refund. When we receive the returned item (which you must ship back at your own expense), we will issue a full refund of the product cost, immediately. Please include your full name and order number on the label of any returned shipments.
If your delivery is still in transit, you must await its return before receiving a refund.

I'd like to cancel my order if that's at all possible.
Please contact us right away in order for us to process canceling your order. If you rescind your order prior to shipping you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

What would happen if I were absent?
The delivery partner will contact you to reschedule or make a new delivery the following day if you are unavailable to accept the package.
